These cookies have bits of ginger in them and are so tasty and chewy. They are a nice size and have a nice long shelf life. Best ginger cookies I have ever had.

Although these cookies are very expensive, they are the best ginger biscuits I have ever had. Made with fresh products they have generous pieces of whole Buderim stem ginger. The candied ginger bits in the cookies are a plus. I eat them sparely to make them last. For me they are worth the price.

I just did a roundtrip flight on AirTran Airways. They served these Ginger Biscuits, as well as the Walker Shortbread, as inflight snacks. I soon as I got home I searched and found them here on Amazon. They are some of the very best tasting products that I've ever had on a flight and they're just as good in my house.If you've ever had them before, you know what I'm talking about. If you've never had them, get them! Okay, if you're hard to please (you know who you are), don't get them. There will be more for me that way!!!

Excellent cookies. Crispy with a bit of chew from the stem ginger. Not too sweet, just right. I will buy these again and again. They make great gifts for people who like ginger cookies.
