These wafers were perfect for making torrone/nougat!! East to cut to size as well.

I used these for homemade nougat. They have no flavor and they melt in your mouth. The purpose is to keep the nougat in between these layers so you can handle them and cut them to size. I wish they had different sizes to accommodate different-sized pans. But they cut like paper, so I trimmed them and used the ends to compensate for the length.

I decorated this wedding cake with the wafer paper. First time I every did this. I wanted to do something different for my daughters cake. And this was deffinantly different. Got a lot of compliments on it! The paper was easy to work with once I got some practice.

I'm not a big fan of wafer paper but it gets the job done. There is no flavor but easy to use.
