Easy to wax but the hair grows back quick.

The wire and one refil cartridge is missing.

The heater is very weak and will need to heat up the wax in microwave. Also the quality is poor for the wax, will not recommend especially the heater.

When I took the wax cartridge out of the box, it had hairs inside. I used the other wax stick and the heater took longer than an hour to heat up and even then, the wax wouldn't come out. This is defective product and is unsanitary. Don't buy.

Does not work. Never heats up enough to melt the wax.
