Coffea Protective Silicone Case for Beats Powerbeats Pro 2019 (Wite Edge, Sky Blue)

So far I love how this case how looks and feels on my Powerbeats Pro wireless. The color is very vibrant. It’s really hard to come by my favorite color and when I do I’m here for it.! Possibly the only downfall is a way of carrying it with a carabiner. I’ve thought about using a paracord through the back but I’m too worried it can tear the way it is connected.

There was nothing positive in my experience with this product. First, when I opened the box, I noticed that the interior silicone was still sealed preventing the case from being opened. I had to tear the case open in order to use it. Maybe this is how the product is shipped, but I could not find any reviews of customers who mentioned this fact. Next, when I placed the Powerbeats Pro in this case, I had to press down real hard to create a secure fit; however, the right side would never fit as snug as the rest. Third, while there is supposed to be a cutout for the LED indicator light, I could not see the indicator light during charging. I then discovered that the indicator hole was still sealed with the silicone lining. I had to use a sharp object (in my case a knife) to cut the hole out, but in the process, I tore the silicone too much creating a larger hole than was intended. You couldn't just pierce the silicone to create the LED hole. It had to be cut out. Possibly the product that was sent to me was unfinished by the manufacturer, or perhaps mine was just defective in some way. Maybe all of these cases ship like this. Who knows.Lastly, the price of this product is double what other silicone cases cost ($16.99 as opposed to $8.99). I get and understand profit margins, but there is no justifying this price point IMO especially with the experience I had. I would avoid purchasing this product.

So far the product seems to be as advertised and well made; however, I was very disappointed that about 2/3 of it was not separated and started to rip as I tried to separate it. The only way I could get it apart was I had to physically cut the two halves apart. Not the biggest deal in the world but you just don't expect to have to do that simply to open the piece up.

Works great as a basic step tracker and the app is easy to use. This is not a good replacement for a "smart watch" since it is not designed for those functions. Step counting is accurate but read the instructions. The unit Will NOT display added steps until you have made 10 consecutive steps and it will NOT save steps unless you go more than 30 consecutive steps. So no credit for just grabbing the remote and sitting back down.I bought this as an experiment to see if it would help motivate me to be more active and I have loved it so much that I plan on upgrading to a more expensive model with more features soon.Highly recommend this tracker so long as you completely read the description and decide its features match the purpose you are buying it for.

I can not get it to turn on, at all. The instructions that come withit are complete crap!! They are useless! I seen other reviews also saying that the instructions are garbage but they found helpful videos on YouTube, I did not! I’ve charged it multiple times, deleted & reinstalled the app, turned my phone on & off, turned my Bluetooth on & off & even reset my network settings!!! & still it will not come on!!! I messaged the “customer support” & they were less helpful than the garbage constructions that came with it!INSTRUCTIONS USELESS-CUSTOMER SUPPORT USELESS-BROKEN DEVICE USELESS!!! & they won’t refund my money!

Can you say crap on this review... This thing doesn’t close and your earbuds just fall out. Hold on, where is the rest of this. What were they thinking or maybe they weren’t. This is a total head scratcher. It looks great in the picture, but this is a no. I think this is one of those digital printer ideas that went bad. Personally I wouldn’t take it if it was free. They need to go back to the drawing board and then some. Another words completely disposable like toilet paper.

Color is great, and silicon surface is nice and grippy. The original case was slippery, and has been dropped a couple times, so this will fix that. An added bonus is with the silicone around both sides of the case, the loud "snap" of closing the case is muffled a bit. I took one star off because the two halves were not separated. To fix this, I took off both black bands and ran my finger around the edge to separate both sides. Not a huge problem, but something that the user should not have to fix themselves.

1. It didnt come with a user manual and when i messaged the company asking about hiw to usr iand whats the app called or even to be shipped a manual all they said was to wait and see if it was shipped separately. Which it wasn't since its supposed to be in the box with the watch and i necer recived one so i had to google how to use it and what app i needed to set it up.2. The step counter doesn't work correctly. Sometimes ill be at 10,000 steps then when i check it later its back at 0. Also it bounces between numbers. Ill check it and it will say one number then ill check it again after a little bit at work and its lower then it will keep doing that through out the day.3. I cant walk away from my phone at all or it disconnects from the bluetooth. I have to always have it in my pocket.4.The find my phone option only works less than half the time.
