I have been using this during my pregnancy and I am very happy. I put it in the blender with frozen fruits and waters and it is delicious. The ingredients are amazing and it digest well. It can get messy if you aggressively open the bag cause some fine powder might fly. But it is a small con compare to the benefits.

Great tasting, clean protein powder with simple ingredients. It’s not overly sweet like many others - just a hint of sweetness. Love how well it mixes in my coffee. I do find the image of the amino acid profile very misleading, however, which is per 100 grams but the serving size is 27 grams and knocked off a star for that.

This is by far is the best protein powder ever! It dissolves easily - no lumps whether in cold liquids or hot liquids. I use it in coffee - both hot and cold - along with my portable milk frother. It makes a more long lasting foam than the drinks without it.
