Great for Cooking Turkey on the Rotisserie
I added two handfuls of post oak wood chips to the charcoal while cooking this year's Thanksgiving turkey on the rotisserie. Although this was not a true low and slow smoking approach, the wood chips added a nice, not too overpowering, flavor to the turkey meat.
