Excellent neck support and comfort
Bought this, the latest in a long line of travel cushions for long haul flights after losing the last purchase, a Trtle neck wrap that I wasn't so impressed with, given it's expense. The Cabeau lives up to its promises. The straps which allow it to be fastened to the headrest make it extremely stable. From there, it's a question of the level of immobilisation you require by adjusting the fastening at the front. The pillow gives comfortable support, allowing your head to rest in any direction without causing stress or discomfort on your neck. Long haul is never that comfortable and sleep is usually fitfull and short lived, however the Cabeau served it's purpose as advertised and made the trip much easier. It packs down small in a convenient supplied bag. I would buy another if I lost this one. Best travel pillow I've used.

Excellent neck pillow
Really comfortable neck pillow, kept my head upright. Allowed me to get a couple of hours of sleep on an Easyjet plane when usually I'd get 10 minutes and end up with a sore neck. When it arrived with the little bag I thought there was no chance of the pillow folding up small enough to fit in it, but it folded up and fit in easily! The bag has a clip as well so can be clipped to suitcases/ rucksacks

Great for long distance travel
This is by far the best travel pillow I have used, firm but comfortable. It keeps your head supported and allows a decent sleep on a long haul flight however it can get quite warm when used for long periods. The only down fall was that the strap that attaches to the head rest is not very flexible; when applied on my TUI long haul flight to Thailand I needed to sit upright and this was very uncomfortable and so I used it without the strap. I'd say the older generation my be better value for money as the extra £10+ for a strap that can not be used on all planes does not seem warranted.

Poor quality and overpriced
Really comfy pillow which folds down into a bag. Disappointingly the tightening strap was already hanging on by a thread as soon as I opened the package. Would expect better quality for such a high price. Returned and refunded. I ordered the item again and the bag strap which you can use to attach the pillow to things broke after the first use. Really disappointing for the price. There are no seller contact details available and Amazon have been extremely rude when trying to resolve the issue so I have been unable to get a refund. Advise avoiding this item.

Decent product but poorly made
Toggle that tightens the product around neck broke before I could even use it. I did find a slight workaround involving tying it in a knot, which kind of works but leaves you unable to slide the toggle to loosen/tighten. Overall, I'd expect better quality for £55. That being said, I managed to get it to where I wanted it for my flight and it was comfy enough.

Great for keeping head upright
I thought this was quite expensive but facing a 14 hour flight I know I needed to sleep. My head is prone to either falling forwards or rolling to the side so wakes me up or painful neck on waking. This worked superbly. Head upright and because it fits to the headrest on the seat body was kept straight. Slept for 6 hours on both flights! Well worth th money for me. It is quite firm support wise sp may

When I tried the neck pillow on initially, it felt too high. But when I brought it on my flights (2x 13 hours) and tied it to the backrest, the height seemed perfect for me to press my cheek into. I've never slept so comfortably in economy before.

This is the best pillow. Do not think - get it. My credentials are that I bought 5 neck pillows and tried them on separate transatlantic/ Pacific flights. Yes those that are 14-16hrs and if you don't sleep you can write off your first 2-3 days Ignore any negative cons or whatever you see - those are nit picks. Here's a couple I saw: - it will interfere with you giant headphones - yes, solution - get small ones or use earplugs and SLEEP, that's what it's for - it gets warm - not really, unless you always run hot, it is very well ventilated plus most flights are cooler (unless you're flying economy in SE Asia for less than the cost of this pillow) What it does super right and MAKES IT WORK: - the "back" is narrower which means your head isn't pushed forward like on literally every other pillow. This seems minor but it is HUGE. This is why they tell you to wear those useless donut pillows backwards - the headrest straps - this is the real winner and where every other pillow FAILS. Your NEED the neck support - trust me, I tried regular pillows, and those that you put your head into leaning forward - any slightest side to side movement of the plane and you're like a pendulum. With this - you're like Neo - one with the plane. - it actually keeps your head in place. Yes it comes with the aforementioned tradeoff of being up near your ears but the shape is "graduated" taper that works really well and feels secure without suffocating you (looking at you, SNUGL) I have slept for the first time properly on a non-business flight. Thank you cabeau! The one nit pick I DO have, and I wouldn't take a star of, but this is more for next version of this pillow - the neck strap feels like it's going to garotte you. It also doesn't sinch quite as tight as it could due to the design of the connection mechanism. It also "looks" flimsy at the connection points where the strings tie into the pillow. I'll see how it holds up but honestly even if it was a one time use pillow I would still buy it every time. Lastly, to disconnect the tie points there is a tiny button that if you're waking up in the middle of the night, or god forbid in an emergency, you might not as easily find. This is where a velcro might be a bit better. Compared to cost of flight and your comfort this is basically free. Don't think, get it, trust.

Still to test would straps hold the weight of my head if the pillow is attached to the seat but by itself it is good quality and comfortable. A small bag is included so the volume of the pillow would be smaller. recommend
