Something for upset stomach and heartburn only
What can I say : It’s Alka-Seltzer for heartburn and indigestion only. It has no Acetaminophen or Aspirin or anything else in it. So it’s not your choice if you’re expecting relief like normal Alka-Seltzer. But it works great for what it’s formulated for.

Issues with blood thinner medication
I take blood thinner medication. The Extra Strength Alks-Seltzer is not recommended. Consult with your doctor before taking it.

Thankful for this product.
Very effective. I take prescription anti acids daily yet these are the only thing that help my heartburn/chest pain. I’m not a medical doctor so I have no idea why. It’s a necessity for me. The taste is salty. Easy to use. Worth the money.
