Excellent and recommended
Fava is very easy to make yet is delicious. This product is excellent quality and enhances the flavour. I will certainly buy it again and I recommend it.

Yellow split peas
They are excellent. Except I wanted fava, as in broad beans. That is the usual definition. Seems that in Greece, or perhaps specifically in this region, they are yellow split peas.The small print does explain!Frustrating, and perhaps should be clearer in the title. Had to reorder the ‘fava’ I actually wanted!

Excellent product but very expensive compared to higher end supermarket.
The product was perfect thank you.I bought online as I wasn’t sure if our local supermarkets stocked it. I needed to pop into Waitrose and I noticed they sell it at a fraction of the cost.

This is as good as money can buy. Recommended by a restaurant in Crete that prides itself on the quality of its fava.A tip - try adding half a ripe avacado when you are blending the cooked fava.

Lovely Santorini Fava!!
Bought after watching a programme about Santorini. Honeymoon was there and loved the Fava. Product was delivered quickly, have already had some and it was easy to make, and tasted lovely. Brilliant customer service, access to Greek recipes, brilliant! Will purchase again!

Doest cook smooth
Nice enough but doesn't cook and blend to that silky smooth texture you really want - this stays somewhat grainy.
