I was under the impression this was meant for an adult. Got this for my play partner and it is waaaay too small for her mouth. It fits an actual child which is just creepy. 100% not happy. Do not buy!

Unfortunately there is little positive to say about this paci gag. At first look the product seems to be good quality. It fit just right around my girlfriend's neck to allow her to suck on her paci whilst wearing it but still be able to remove it if needed.After only a few uses and a gentle pull the left hand strap snapped just behind the screw to the paci. I was able to repair this by poking a small hole through the, what I now realise, thin "leather" strap with the screw a little closer to the main collar.Two uses later and the right side snapped in the exact same place; behind the screw to the paci. Again, I have repaired this but will not be purchasing from this seller again and advise you do the same.
