Really helps with not smoking

Start using this spray back in February as I stopped smoking cigarettes. Used it till July obviously every day around 12-20 spray a day, not only saved money with it, but now I'm at the point where don't even need it! It helped a lot for me and I did smoked cigarettes for over 20 years every single day at least 15-18 a day! So wawaweewa 😁 recommend this product for sure but you have to have a mindset with it!!! Told about this for few of my friends and 3 of them started to used it and now 2 of them completely stopped smoking 🚭!!!

I’m trying but I do miss the instant hit and have to use it on inside of cheek otherwise it can be very harsh with hiccups and heartburn. I have cut down from 20 to 4 cigs as I need morning one for a poo and after meals I desperately miss a smoke after meals and during a pint but we’ll get there I’m sure in time.

I'm an ex-smoker (quit about 7 years ago) and used vapes to quit. I was getting through nearly a full disposable a day, which at £5 each is getting as expensive as smoking.I have some 1mg nicotine lozenges which help take the edge off when I can't vape, e.g. at work, on flights, but I didn't feel that they were enough to get me off vapes fully.This product has managed to do that. The flavour is actually very pleasant, a berry mediciney flavour, and the spray is super convenient. I was conscious that 1mg was a big hit at once compared to the smaller hits from a vape, so I tried to do a half dose of the spray.That didn't really work and I felt like I was craving nicotine a lot, so I upped it to a full spray which has helped tremendously. I find one spray every 90 minutes or so enough to keep the cravings at bay.Once I'm off vapes for about a month or so, I plan to ditch the spray and use patches to taper down my nicotine consumption. This product is obviously just as addictive as vapes, and the aim should be to eliminate nicotine fully. Wish me luck!

This tastes absolutely foul. Does it help the cravings, sure… But it really is awful. Kinda burns. If you swallow it by accident it burns all the way down. DO NOT spray this on your tongue. Spray on your cheek, try not to swallow it. I usually wait a minute or so after spraying and try not to touch it with my tongue before having a drink to get rid of the taste. Deffo not ‘cool berry’ 🤣

It’s good I’ve been using it off and on for years but I’m fed with the price increases it used to be £20 for 2, 3 weeks ago £23 this week went to buy another 2 and another increase £25 it isn’t worth the money anymore I’ll look for alternatives!
