OMG..the relief from left foot fallen arch was immediate as soon as I installed in both runners. I got the small or size 7 from the listing, so no need to cut or adjust. After suffering for 2 months, despite icing, exercises, Aleve, finally a positive outcome. Gave this product a 5 star in terms of quality, form fitting for my foot specification. I have small, narrow feet with high arches anyway, a prior dancer for many years. I have ordered an additional pair today. I am getting my money’s worth, I feel, as the thought of spending $1200+ with a Specialist’s prescription put me off.

Esta muy bien muy cómodas, y muy justas

I had back surgery 2 years ago & work pulling orders in a large warehouse on cement flooring all day. I am BLOWN by the difference these make! The pain in my back is significantly reduced, they fit my boots perfectly, The quality is outstanding. They were easy to place in my boot & makes a HUGE difference in comfort, shock absorbency, They are amazing! I have never made a review so fast. These are Worth the money. The high arch support is wonderful, sturdy, & stays put in my boots all day. I wish I'd found these sooner. It's the BEST pair i've ever owned. I've bought shoe inserts for over 20 years, never have I had such amazing results as with these! It's as easy as opening the pack & placing them in your shoe! These are amazing & I will buy them again when these need replacing. They are top quality, & fits perfectly in my 9.5 mens work boots!! Buy them, you won't be sorry!

Not very comfortable for planter facia

WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.
