Mug is top quality, but there are some as good if not better for much less. Keep looking. My complaint is the inaccurate description. Only the first line of the description is accurate; the rest does not apply. See below. I wanted the "clever push-button thermal stopper," and it didn't have it. So I sent it back.Clever push-button thermal stopper gives "one touch" conversion to allow drinking while stopper is screwed in place.Proprietary modular handle fits V2 collar: May be used as a travel mug when sipping collar and stopper are screwed firmly in place, but converts to a slim cylinder for packing.Unique screw-on modular sipping collar has tapered mouth area to keep fluids "on track."Lined drinking-cup lid allows use as a conventional vacuum flask.

The mug is great, keeps things warm for hours, but the enamel is flaking off the bottom.

love this thermos - i don't use the tea culture, only for coffee, but keeps my coffee nice and hot for the entire day (9-5) in the office. The lid's super easy to close - and the lid comes in two parts which is easy to clean. downside is that it's not spill proof - if it's tilted to the side, liquid will leak out. Other than that it's a great thermos to keep carry around (if it's upright) or in the office to keep your liquid nice and hot.

I, actually ordered the wrong item... I guess I wasn't paying attention to the details... I didn't want one I had to unscrew to use. And, I didn't realize this is for tea... which I don't use it for.

The holes in the filter basket are very wide. I tried to make several types of tea in the mug and tea leaves were falling out of the holes at an alarming rate before I'd even gotten the filter into the mug. Another issue was that you can't remove the basket until it has cooled which means you'd end up leaving the basket in the tea and it would grow bitter.

I like this product, but if you tip it upside down, it leaks. Don't take it camping or put in your backpack. Probably for your house only, or for a car trip, upright in a cup holder. I'm giving to a friend, who really needs it.

Great little thermos. We use them for coffee, not tea. It keeps the coffee hot, has a tight seal, and fits well in the side pocket of a backpack. The instructions say hand wash, I imagine that is so the gaskets don't erode. The inside in stainless and it is easy to clean. Buy this thermos.

We own 4 of these now! Everyone in our family needs one as it keeps liquids either piping hot or ice cold for a long time. Seriously, put hot tea in (without pre heating like old school thermoses required) and close up the Innate. Open 5 hours later it's still too hot to drink! Awesome!
