5+ chair and a 5+ company
This chair is a 5+! We got rid of those over-stuffed, huge recliners and replaced them with this chair. Actually we bought 2 of these. Very comfortable as it has a lot of back support. Wonderful company to do business with. The shipping box had been opened. It wasn't taped, just had the flats tucked inside themselves. I'm sure the company didn't do that. It was FedEx who delivered them that caused the problem. The footstool base was scratched as the packing was torn. I contacted the company and absolutely no hassle, they had a new piece sent to me which I received 1 week after I let them know.

Hard to assemble!!
VERY HARD to put together. You will certainly need help. The bolts/screws are hard to get started. Patients is definitely needed.

Looks nice but tough to assemble.
Very well built but hard to assemble. Several of the screw holes are flush with the leatherette and it is very difficult to get them started. Ask me again in five years, and see how the faux leather holds up. I haven’t had very good luck with it in the past. The outer coating wears off leaving bare fabric. Maybe this one will do better.
