Does a good job, it’s nice to see details during the day and night.
It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear 24/7. I’m glad it’s not subscription based. Just wear and see your data. For me the tracking seems Accurate and well made. Battery life after 2 months of wear is still good. Recommend to get their sizing kit to ensure you get a ring that fits properly.

Ringconn Size Kit - Recommended.
Quick and easy. Helped me decide on which ring size to order. More than that, it helps you decide which finger is best to place the ring, and of course difference sizes allow you to experiment before buying the device itself.
