Pros:1. Arm rest is easily adjustable to multiple heights.2. Very Smooth chair height adjust.3. Assembling is very easy.Cons:1. Back rest doesn't gets locked at one position, it moves back.2. Head rest is not height adjustable as mentioned in the description of the product. You will have to stretch your neck a bit to reach for it.3. Seat length is little extra, thus actually making you sit deep inside the chair to support your back or otherwise you will suffer back pain.P.s.: I think I got a little faulty chair as one of its bolt and hole combination was improper.

This product is DIY product and very easy to assemble. According to the price range, it's a perfect chair. If anyone wants for office work then I will surely recommend it. However, if you're a hardcore chair user like a gamer or a streamer then spend some extra bucks and get a proper gaming chair.
