I'm 5'5 125lbs but want that hourglass shape. Local waist trainers have always felt too loose on me. So I decided to try this product and got the 25bones 11" in XXXS (I felt ambitious). FINALLY I can feel the SQUEEZE! Boning is sturdy enough to keep my posture up without any poking. Thank goodness it came with the extra extension. I use the extension to close up initially, and then inch over to get tighter. Can't wait to cinch my way to the last hooks.

I ordered a 6x wt. This material is the only material in w.t that works for me. It did come with the extender that I did also use. I wore it 11 hours every day for 7 days straight. Today marks day 8 and I'm no longer the extender AND Im on clip #2. I wish they made these in a longer torso size.

Size does not match chart! I'm a M and per the chart I ordered XXL. I had to return it immediately and ordered the M that fits me perfectly with the extender. It would not fit me without the extender, but if you are looking to loose weight, get a smaller size and use the extender. This Product is amazing. I had it on all night and I slept very comfortably. You could see some marks left in the morning, but no sweat because I ordered the breathable version. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great support and non bending.

After nearly a year of regular wear, I'm happy to report that this thing has held up to all of the abuse I've put it through! Absolutely worth the money! I'm 5'8", nearly 250 lbs and typically wear a women's XXL/size 20w. I got the 5x in this because international sizing is notoriously smaller than American sizes. It fit perfectly.
