I NEVER write reviews, but this one takes the cake. I've used MANY MASSAGE TOOLS over the years, but this one is THE BEST for DEEP PENETRATION in AREAS I COULD NEVER REACH with SUFFICIENT PRESSURE. The VALUE of this tool CANNOT BE OVERSTATED AT ALL. I've been using tools for AGES NOW, not to mention I had a MASTERFUL MASSEUSE who was amazing in many ways and yet even with all her masterful techniques it all PALED IN COMPARISON when I started using this tool to hit my problem spots on my own by either laying on my back on my stomach usually... sometimes on my side. This ONE-TWO PUNCH combination has increased my flexibility to the point where I feel like a kid again, and my STRESS LEVELS ARE SO LOW now too and SLEEPING is also a new thing for me. I lift heavy weights and do cardio, HIIT, sprints... you name it. I was ALL SEIZED UP due to the fact I couldn't see my masseuse due to the CORONAVIRUS, but since these two products came in the mail, I'M DOING BETTER THAN I EVER HAD DONE. The added FLEXIBILITY and DEEP PENETRATION is HIGHLY NOTICEABLE when I go about my day, laying down, but especially when I got to LIFT WEIGHTS, WALK, JOG, RUN, or do INTERVALS. The DEEP STRETCH lasts a LONG TIME if you really HIT YOURSELF HARD. For me personally, its the hidden tendons that were so tight and I literally spend 6 hours at a time working all areas of the body and usually it seems like I'm BENDING BONES and LIGAMENTS in their JOINT SOCKETS wherever they may be and it FEELS LIKE HEAVEN when I do it because I KNOW EXACTLY where to explore into the muscle fascia. It takes practice, but let the EXTREME PLEASURE and RELIEF you get when you found a "PROBLEM AREA" be all the indication you need START HITTING IT. When I am hitting a much needed spot it's like a drug and I can't stop for an hour at a time until it is FULLY OBLITERATED and once I'm done I won't need to hit it again for a week or more. This is my second purchase of this item. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of it. It effectively alleviates my foot pain and is of an appropriate size.

I ordered peanut massage balls from 3 different companies for my elderly parents to help with pain relief. I wanted to compare each to ensure my parents got the relief they needed. All 3 were similar in size and features. However, this Rolling With It peanut massager was the clear winner due to the following: + The rubberized covering over the massager has a ribbed surface instead of the knobby projections the others have. This provides a more therapeutic massage for pain relief on the body. The knobby projections on the others actually creates more pain due to the hardness of the knobby projections. For pain relief, it'd be great if these projections would be made of softer, more flexible rubber, instead of the hard rubber they now have. + The instruction booklet is clear and well written. Although operating the peanut massage ball is easy, it's helpful to have thorough, well written instructions. It's frustrating to read instructions on products that are poorly written or poorly translated into English; that have very tiny and limited text; that have no illustrations. + It comes with a carry bag. None of the other massage balls I purchased came with one. + Rolling With It is a great company! I had an issue with the condition of the massage peanut ball I received. I contacted Rolling With It about it. Apparently, sellers on Amazon send their products to those large regional Amazon warehouses. Amazon is responsible for shipping items and making sure the packaging and item are in new condition. Rolling With It responded promptly to my concerns and went well beyond what I expected to make things right even though it was Amazon's fault. I know Rolling With It will stand behind their product.

I bought this to help me sleep as I suffer from chronic insomnia. It fits perfectly behind my next and the lowest setting is all it takes to get me nice and relaxed. The battery life is great and it charges quickly, too! I should add the the customer support is also fantastic.

I love this thing. I showed it to my massage therapist and she thought it was great so she bought one for herself! It is very sturdy. I've stood on it (I'm 145 pounds) even. I use it in bed to hit certain tight areas. It is great rolling on the legs and spine. I've dropped it a few times and it survived (yay). No I pack it on plane trips to use underneath my knees to prevent lymph build up and on my back to release tension. The only problem is that the TSA in US airports needed to search the bag once because they didn't know what it was. HA! The best parts are: 1. Battery lasts a very long time, so I only have to charge it every few days and it lasts seemingly more than a 6 hour plane ride without needing to recharge. 2. It is very sturdy 3. I like the variable speeds 4. Ten minute timer is perfect 5. My husband gets some vibratory relaxation benefit in bed even if I'm using it :) 5. The VIBE I feel AFTER it stops is awesome and is great for "meditation" in stillness. I highly recommend it. Great product. Worth the price. I think I'll get my mom one too... Dr. Karen Kan

I just started working from home and am on my laptops...yes, laptops...6 straight hours which has been horrible for my neck, shoulders and back. Thankfully my friend, who is a PT, told me to check out this massager to help with the pain. WOW! I can't believe how quickly this peanut worked. I sat on the couch, turned it on, put it between my shoulders and the cushion, then leaned into it. The power that this thing exudes is pretty amazing, but I probably should have known that by how heavy and sturdy it is built. Five minutes in and the pain in my neck and shoulders disappeared. Then I let it drop down to my lower back and what I thought was just regular old age pain disappeared too. I feel like a new person and I'm not thinking about quitting my job due to the pain anymore. This is definitely a good investment in my health.

I have been suffering with muscular back pain intermittently for over 30 years. I can be fine, go to sleep, and wake up in intense pain with multiple muscle knots and muscle spasms, despite exercising, an orthopedic pillow, and having completed many sessions of PT for this. The vibrating peanut massage ball is the only thing that has consistently given me relief. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that the strong vibrations of this peanut does release these trigger points. Sometimes it is quick, and sometimes I need to put this on the spot multiple times during the course of a day, but it always brings relief. The peanut has 4 different vibration speeds and will only run for 10 minutes at a time. But you can turn if right back on if you need more time. For me, 10 minutes is enough time. I then need a little break and will turn it back on if I need another round. The charge lasts through multiple 10 minute sessions. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge it from a depleted battery, but after the 1st full charge, you can boost it between sessions. I am so glad I found this.

I have family members with bad backs and other aches & pains. We have all been surprised and VERY PLEASED with the relief we have received using this Vibrating Peanut Massage Ball for neck, back, hand, arm, leg, and foot aches. It came charged so we could try it immediately & holds a charge for a long time. Comes with an AC charger. It has 4 speed settings: low, medium, oscillating high/low, and high. We have found the oscillating high/low to be surprisingly effective. This setting will cut off after a few minutes (? maybe to save the battery?) but can be turned right back on. Does not take long to feel relief. We all love it! (3 people) Very well made with quality materials. Wonderful tool for over the counter pain management. At first look I was skeptical about the shape and how it would work for low back pain but just put it against your lower back and lean back in your chair or recliner. Surprisingly effective. Excellent item. I highly recommend it. Very powerful. I was concerned as it has a US adapter plug and I'm in the UK, however I bought a US to UK Plug adapter and it charges perfectly. Highly recommend 👌

Works great. High powered. Long battery

The size is not very practical. Either too big for the arm use or too small for the leg part! The vibration power is very strong hut didn't do much.
