Typesetting Mathematics with LaTeX

Herbert Voss is well-known as a maintainer of PsTricks package.The publication of his manual on it in English language iseagerly anticipated. In the mean time he published this manualof LaTeX2e.This is an interesting and enlightening publication. I havebeen using LaTeX2e these thirteen years. There seemsnothing particularly new here for me. But the book iswell-written and well-organized. I imagine that it gives a goodworking knowledge on LaTeX2e to the general readers.But be warned; (1) the book's index is not so exhaustive asKnuth's "TeX Book", and (2) the book is printed inblack-and-white format, whereas the author clearly has a morevaried colorful presentation in his mind.
