Imagine trying to capture a quick moment while you're holding this stick, trying to find the exact angle you want, then tightening the screw that'll hold that angle -- you gotta do this each and every time you want to use the stick unless you keep everything attached all day-The stick and the cell phone holder are 2 pieces so it doesn't fold very compactly and you need to screw the two pieces together each time you want to use them -- it's kind of a drag to carry around 2 pieces to form this selfie stick*Consider what features are important to you

I do a lot image shooting with cellphone and this tripod is really helpful. It's light and easy to carry when travelling. Yet it can't compare to those professional tripod stand which usually can stand more than 20 feet for the digital camera but it's still very helpful if I am going to shoot images in a low light environment. Once setup properly, it can stand and hold the cellphone still and take the picture with the bluetooth remote control. And I am pleased with the image result, it's just much better compare to the images I have taken with my hand only. I have a Blackberry Priv which I think it's a pretty big cellphone and the holder can hold it firmly without an issue. In the house, I have also set it up for video chat and recording self video, it's really nice and continence because I don't have to hold the phone all the time with my hands and that just make things much easier.

I brought this selfie stick on the trip to Alaska and used it for holding my Sony NEX-5TL to take the photos of northern lights.All I can say is it does the job without any problems. The size is small enough to put it in the pocket and it also opens up wide enough to hold the phone with cases on it.The remote has done a lot of helps for taking group pix of my family. I definitely recommond this product to my friend.

I'd like to start off with saying that this is an incredible product! I'm not much of a selfie stick kind of guy, however the feature of making into a phone tripod is where I'm sold! Me and my friends struggle to take group photos due to not having people around to ask them to take a picture of us. This product resolves that issue! It comes with a small remote that pairs to your phone via Bluetooth and with a press of a button it'll take pictures instantly! The legs for the tripod are rubberized so ir won't slip as easily and you can put on any surface! The battery for the remote charges pretty fast, I still have yet to find out the length of the battery in a single charge. It's extremely durable and I wouldn't worry at all over it breaking shy time soon at all!

Very happy with this, especially for the price.I’ve been using this more as a tripod than anything else and it has really come in handy. I like that it’s compact and light enough that I’ve been able to put it in my backpack whenever I think I might want to use it. On flat surfaces it works well as a quick and handy tripod or even monopod, just to keep the shots steady. When collapsed, it’s small enough that you can use it to hold you phone on a desk or table.As a selfie stick, it expands long enough to capture all the group shots, and the bluetooth remote worked perfectly with my phone. Very clever design, the tripod legs fold around the post, creating a nice handle for the selfie stick. Another clever design, allows the remote shutter button to flip around when not in use so as to protect the buttons. It’s also completely removable so it’s also really helpful to keep it in your hand like a remote control, when in tripod mode.I also like that it uses a standard screw mount, so I was able to remove the phone mount and attach other standar mounts, including my GoPro.

This device does not Pair with iPhone x! I contacted OYRGCIK, with NO response! Stay away from this purchase!This is an update. If your iPhone is iOS is later than iOS 11.1; this product will not work, regardless of the iPhone model. Beware!!!!

First, it is all plastic so keep that in mind. This is not going to replace a fully metal tripod, but it isn't intended to (to an extent). This is a light weight, inexpensive, tripod that is actually well built with good detail. For example, the tripod legs have rubber feet on them to prevent slipping when being placed on slick/uneven surface. The holder extends more than wide enough to hold my phone horizontally. The remote paid via bluetooth easily. It does the job without breaking the bank.

I've been wanting a selfie stick for a while. I like that this one has a remote and a place to keep the remote attached to the base. It comes with a charging cable for the remote and it works while charging. So far the remote has lasted a while on a single charge. The tripod is very sturdy on indoor and outdoor surfaces for taking photos. The instructions did not explain how to extend it into a selfie stick but it was very easy to figure out once I pulled a little on the top. I have tried it with several phones and have had no issues. I plan to take it on several trips in the next year to take lots of photos with it.
