I been having lower back pain from time to time and I had to do Physiotherapy once. It's mostly related to my sitting posture and also long hours at work. Sometime the pain is mild and it goes away in day or 2. I had again the same severe pain and was about to consult Orthopedic doctor and that's when I came across this pulse massager. As I mentioned before I had to do Physiotherapy once for a week to relax my lower abdomen muscles, that was 3 years ago. Since it was one day delivery, hence I thought to give it a try before visiting the doctor for Physiotherapy. To be frank I never had any high hopes on this product. I used it for 30 mins the first I was able find good difference, it really relaxed my muscles. Then I used in thrice a day (15 mins) for a week and the pain went away. It was amazing! I know when I did Physiotherapy, they used a bigger nerve stimulation massager after applying gel. I was good and time checked in Amazon for a similar device but could not find one. Anyway this wonder device really helped me to get rid of my bain pain. Now I'm using it from time to time and I got 3 pieces of it. Twice I got it for a good deal. You can buy the pads separately aswell and it works much more effectively if you apply gel separately. The gel on the pads dries up quick. Now for the price I don't see any downsides, they are giving 6 months additional warranty aswell. Please note that this device is not a replacement for proper Physiotherapy/Doctor consultation and to be used for chronic pain. Overall a wonderful device!

i have been using this since last two days for shoulder pain and it is already showing good results. The pain has subsided by nearly 30%. The 5 massage modes and 16 intensity levels give the user plenty of options to choose from. It is very good for nerve stimulation and is very easy to operate. We hope the manufacturer/ supplier will come out clearly regarding the after sales service / service centres available in different parts of India and whom to approach in case there is a problem. Also, availability and price of electrode pads should be clearly mentioned so that buyers will know in advance before they take a call on ordering this product. But for these two things, the product is very good. Also hats off to the lightning delivery service provided by Amazon. I ordered on a Saturday late night and the product arrived on Sunday morning.

Product is good with Rechargeable battery... The battery comes along with the product is non rechargeable battery which drains very fast. Other functions are working smooth and effective. The only bad thing I faced is it's running single channel 2nd channel stopped working after 3-4 use.

Update: 1 month USE The pads have lost adhesiveness in a months time, washing them doesn't do a thing The product is just Ok, wierdly it differs from the instruction manual that came along with it a bit. My views 1.Feels cheap: Its light, plastic flimsy 2.The massages are far from Good, infact it feels like simply electric current instead of cupping kneading etc(try an OSIM tens machine to understand real massaging) 3. Only usuable and highest setting is the 15 min one. 4. It works okay. 5. Ease of Use is there, but you can't trust the manual 6.Pain Relief is not so much yet, its being six days though. 7. Value for money only coz the pads work with my OSIM machine too...😂

Very good product for home physiotherapy. Multi modes are good and quite helpful in pain relief. Ease to use. Intensity could have been better say up to 24 instead of present level 16. (At least i felt the intensity level was just about 2/3rds of desired level at 16). Generally i use the mode 1 which is a combo of 4 modes and the 2 to 5 which are the 4 different signals can also be used separately. The adhesive pads are just about good and I am sure there should be ways for ordering replacement pads/cables as may be needed in future. If they would have given those options in the manual it would have been good. Packaging could have been better along with a good carry pouch. It will be difficult to carry the whole carton box always is just painful and a sleek pouch would have been good as the equipment along with accessories ie cable/pads is just pocket size.

It reduces the pain almost instantly. Just one suggestion ,if it can be made little stronger?the frequency is not enough for bigger body parts like thighs.
