Didn’t remove the hairs hardly so I had to go over multiple times which bruised the skin. Wouldn’t use this product again. It went in the bin.

To highlight on the more negative reviews on this product, I wouldn't call them awful or ineffective at all. No, I won't wax lyrical that they're the best thing since sliced bread (especially as I have yet to find a waxing product worthy of that title) but I can't say I was disappointed with the product at all. I'm an unfortunate sufferer of dark hair syndrome, and the noticeable hair you get on the upper lip was just driving me down. After many years of dying/bleaching and procrastinating a more effective solution, I decided to bite the bullet and wax that irritating hair. I was a bit dubious about sticking something to my face and tugging it off; the painful idea didn't exactly fill me with excitement but I can say it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. If you're looking for a product for the same purpose, I would advise that a) don't expect it to be enjoyable, b) be prepared to do it a few times and c) don't go for a whole strip at a time. The best way I found to do it was to cut the strips down into little ones (1 strip could make about 5 little ones for upper lip = 10 goes as they are double sided) and do one side at a time. Depending on how much hair you have, or how tough it is to wax, you might need to go for one, two or maybe three strips. I know this can sometimes be inadvisable; skin is a sensitive thing and you don't want to do yourself undue harm but the world of female hair removal doesn't always work like that. I found that a post-wax face wash with cold water soothed the skin and took away some redness - ideally do this on a day when you don't have to go out for a few hours. It will be fairly obvious to others what you were doing and for those of us who are more sensitive, it's probably a little counterproductive seeing as you do it to eradicate such confidence issues. With regards to bikini line waxing, I can't say how effective it will be. I tend to get that done professionally and would rather do that than do it myself but for a cheaper alternative I don't imagine it will be much different as both face and bikini regions are equally sensitive. The product came in good time, has 16 strips (36 individual wax strips) which apply nicely when warmed between your palms and are good and sticky, with enough of a border/tab to give a good old tug to remove. There's nothing worse than a wax strip without enough tab to pull off and you end up doing it twice in a short space of time, which HURTS. If you know you're a little... dubious about pulling it off, I suggest you get someone to help who won't hesitate, as that only means you won't get the best results which kind of defeats the object of hair removal.
