Very economical and easy to use drops!

I needed to raise my vitamin D level and after reading the reviews, decided to try these. After 6 months my lab results showed that I had raised my level from an 18 to a 36. This was with 2 drops or 2,000 IU a day. My Dr. was very pleased and so was I. No taste and easy to drop into water. Some people have said it's hard to get the drops out but you just hold it over the glass of whatever you are putting it in until a drop comes out... then stop when you've put what you want in the glass. A little patience goes a long way! Has not bothered my stomach either and I have severe allergies.

I've been using this vitamin D for over 10 years. It's completely flavorless, easy to take, does the job. I'm deficient and this brings my levels up to where they are supposed to be. I add it to coffee, water, or juice. I have a strong sense of smell and taste and these have zero taste.

I buy these because my Vitamin D used to test chronically low. After taking these regularly, my Vitamin D levels went back into a normal range, so no complaints there. And I do like how these vitamin drops are coconut oil based, it's neutral tasting and inoffensive. That being said, I do have a few complaints about this product that I've been taking for several years now. The bottle used to be full a few years ago, but now ships with the top bit empty. Annoyingly, once you get towards the end of the bottle, it's very hard to get the rest out, and the drops are smaller too. So it's actually pretty difficult to use up the entire bottle. As well, the drops are bigger when the bottle is full and smaller when it's almost empty, which makes it hard to keep your dosage consistent. And having to turn the bottle upside down also inevitably leaks some vitamin/oil out onto the outside of the bottle and it leaves little oil rings on my desk, and I have to wash my hands too. I really wish they would just put a simple dropper in the cap of a regular bottle, instead of this awful built in dropper design. It's a shame because I like it aside from the bottle.

I take 5 drops a day and my vit D level went up 6 or 7 points each month. Your levels are supposed to be 20-50 but most experts say you really want them at 30-50. Mine went from 16 to 23 first month then 23-29 2nd month. Just so happened to be having blood work b2b months so I was able to see exactly how well it worked. I also live in Mass so I was getting no sun during this time. Some people to complain about the bottle and it is a little bit of an inconvenience because you have to hold for about 30 secs to get 5 drops but definitely wouldn’t stop me from buying it

Great way to get vitamin D in the winter. I've been taking 35iu per pound of body weight for the past several years (as my naturopathic doctor reccomended) and my Medical Doctor has told me I have some of the best Vitamin D blood test reults he's ever seen. So I know that amount has been working great for me. Ever since starting that dosage (instead of the much much lower bottle recommend amount) I don't get s.a.d. anymore and winters are not an emotional low time for me. My husband and kids take the same (35iu per pound) and also have excellent results. This vitamin D makes it easier to take the dosage I use since it's 1000iu per drop. Other bottles or capsules make it much harder as the iu amount is lower. This bottle is also a great price for the amount you get. My only complaint is that it's a bit slow to come out of the bottle so it take longer to get the amount of drops I need. I would and do reccomend this product.
