Tangibly improved my mood and mental stamina
I bought these to help with the "winter blues," especially for the B and D vitamins. I was really feeling in a funk during this winter time. It will give you great energy!
I love this vitamin supplement. I have tried many, but this has been by far my favorite. I have to manage my energy levels with supplements since having my thyroid removed a few years back and this doesnt leave me jittery but helped clear up some brain fog, also hair is growing back pretty nicely! :D I I highly recommend this as well as the mineral supplement.
