Es una excelente maquina pero por algunarazon comienza a hacer mucho ruido al bordar, como si la aguja entrara muy apretada y de la nada se rompe la aguja, no se bien la razon pero fuera de eso es muy buena maquina!

Bought the machine despite hit or miss reviews only to find out the app doesn’t work in Canada. You can set the location to the US but then you can’t pay for the premium app subscription and without that the app is essentially useless as can’t upload your own designs. Check the app is compatible in your country before purchasing!

Ik ben tevreden van dit toestel. Je hebt wel sowieso de filmpjes nodig om het gebruiksklaar te maken, maar dat kan ook aan mij liggen. Het enige nadeel dat ik hiervoor heb is, is dat het een Amerikaans stopcontact is. Dit vond ik nergens terug dat het met zo een stekker was.. Wat wel wat raar is want het werd verzonden van Nederland. Nu ja.. zo een convertor kost ook niet de massa, maar had wel leuk geweest mocht het erbij zitten. De app is heel gebruiksvriendelijk, het is wat zoeken in het begin, maar eens je het onder de knie hebt gaat het echt vlot. De machine is ook niet heel groot, dus makkelijk op te bergen.

This is a great little embroidery machine! I have had embroidery machines, home and industrial. I really like that I can use my IPAD for manipulating the designs and uploading to the machine. I love the narrow arm, it makes embroidering on shirts really easy. I bought the 3 x 3 hoop as well. Things to know! Since I am very familiar with embroidering machines from other manufacturers, I had skipped some of the instructions and I assumed some of the Brother terminology was different than what they really meant. Long story short, after a few trials, I just sat down and really read the directions thoroughly. It is all right there and I highly recommend that you start by going slowly through their process the first time around. My husband wanted this machine to do a custom logo that he had digitized, so there was a learning curve and he was not going to accept an OK looking logo. All of the issues were solved by going back through their instructions. The logo on this machine on a sweatshirt looks absolutely great! Some of my mistakes: use their bobbins not the L bobbins also check out the instructions on the self-threading part (lots of good info in that section). Highly recommend using a thread stand. There are specific tops for each thread spool size that need to be used, but it is just simpler and without issue to just get a cheap little thread stand/cone holder instead of using the one on the top of the machine. Also, I wouldn't worry about the monthly fee. Use it if you want or not. The machine is pretty darn inexpensive for what you get and the app is just part of making it have a few more features and a bunch of cute designs to use. Hope that helps!
