You can mix it with oil base clear medium only, by mixing it's with colours it will lower it's light of glowing.

Yes, it can be used by dissolving in any clear medium like PU clear lacquer, etc.

Can i use it in resin?

Yes you probably can. I used with Fevicol. Try a ama. Batch first with very low concentration of powder to resin. Powder itself glows very well so happy experimenting.

Nice product but quantity....

The color is true what I ordered

I got the same what I saw. Product came on time...It was afternoon. I curiously hold d product packet on sunlight for just 20 seconds later to check in dark room. N when I took my product in dark room...all my hopes came true. My product is glowing in dark, amazingly with true color i.e, iceblue what i ordered for. M adding the glow image of my product. Thanks amazon....keeping the customers faith.

it is glowing in the dark but only after keeping in the sun for the whole day and only those particles are glowing which are exposed to sunlight for the whole day.
