Tena fix premium pants
These pants seem really good. They are very lightweight and hold my regular pads well. They are comfortable to wear and a good stretchy size. I have only had them a few days so cannot comment on their durability, but am pleased enough to have ordered another set. The main thing I have found good is that it is easier to change a pad than to have to remove tights etc. when changing a set of pants. Well done Tena. Also excellent value for money.

Tena Fix Premiun Pants
Super fast delivery. Not bad quality and looks like they will last a good few washes. Would suggest ordering a size larger. I ordered these for a very small person but thought I'd order a medium (size 12/14) for comfort but still think I should have ordered a large even though they are full of stretchy material. Will order large size next time for comfort and I still think they will hold the pads in place.

Not so good fabric wise
The fabric is very thin and catches on finger nails causing holes and there are long threads from the leg hems. Sizing is good but quality needs improving.

You can wash them and wash them....
Last year, I bought size L for my boy and they were slightly on the small side, though they stretch a lot. This year I went for XXl as my boy is a big chap but they are too big. My fault, not the manufacturer's fault. So, for 1.80m and 78kgs, patient wearing Xlarge nappies, I would recommend XL. On a good note, you can wash them and wash them, they do not shrink. I never put them in a dryer, so I cannot say how they would fare. But a pack of 5 will last for ages, this I know as it is not the first time I have used them for my son. This is why I gave them 5 stars. Now I just need to order XL.

Very comfortable
Bought for elderly mother. She was surprised by how comfortable they are to wear and very happy to have them instead of the "nappy pants" she was wearing. They are breathable, seamless and fit large incontinence pads with ease.
