Delivery fees extreme!!!!
So far so good with this item. I was more upset that I had to pay for delivery. $27!! I didn't see that when purchasing this item. If I knew that I would have bought one for $20+ not $6 like it's list. False advertising at it's finest. I'd buyer beware on this seller for sure. I've shared with everyone I know.

Fails Over Time
Have had this product for three years. And it is slowly failing and can't be fixed. The lid closes more quickly and is starting to bang. Called Bemis customer support. The seat cannot be adjusted, and there are no replacement parts they are willing to send me.Considering a 'slow' close seat costs twice as much, that is too much to pay for a temporary feature. Seems like a poor design (failing; no adjustment or repair) with an unwillingness by Bemis to stand behind their product.The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is that it worked for a while and didn't fail immediately.

Nice Slow Close Seat
My kids are little, and they tend to slam the seat closed causing it to crack. I tried an all-plastic slow close seat and found it to feel to flimsy. It also was slightly smaller than standard. I switched to this, and it's working well. It has all the pros of a standard wood seat plus the benefit of the slow close. The slow close is working very well, and I anticipate that this will last a long time. I paid about forty dollars with free shipping. This is elongated version. The regular size is model 570Slow.

easy to replace, easy to install, and nice soft close feature. Tip do not use strong cleaners or bleach or it may discolor - I use the Lysol wipes to clean the seat

Great Product, Great Seller
Great pricing, fast delivery we have replaced all our toilet seats with these. We had one seat left that was 'old school' but kept forgetting and letting it slam shut. The slow-close feature is so nice!

horrible...stains will not come off of this seat cover....so very disappointing.....please do not waste your money on this....
