I absolutely hate shopping for summer clothes - it all ends up being too small, too skimpy or incredibly unflattering. I already dislike hot weather and the struggle for summer clothes is just another reason to dread the arrival of summer. So, running out of options, I decided to try my favorite website/shopping addiction : Amazon. I was hoping that the dress would be a tiny bit more flattering, but all in all I'm quite happy with it - and best of all, it has pockets! 😊The pockets do draw some (unflattering) attention to the hips, but overall I didn't think it was too bad. I ended up pairing the dress with a black elastic belt which I felt helped distract from that and kind of pulled the whole look together.For reference, I'm usually a size 16, 38D and a bit pear shaped and I bought the XL

Love love love this dress! It's my new favorite!! I think it fits true to size. I am 5'11" and 190 pounds, athletic build. I ordered a large, and it fits perfect!!

As a 40 year old mother and massage therapist I value cute but modest clothing. This dress fits the bill. Comfortable and modest enough for me to work in but cute enough to wear out in the world. Right out of the package the dress was too big but after I washed and dried it was perfect. I’m 5”4, 118 pounds and I ordered a small in the eggplant color.

A great summer dress... lightweight but not sheer, good color, the horizontal line at the elastic waist was straight (this was a problem in another review), and it has pockets! . I have not washed it yet so that is still an unknown. I am a short, overweight, pear shaped woman - 5'2", 165 lbs. I went with a large and it does not cling to my hips... often a problem. I hope it will be good in humid weather when I'm traveling this summer.

UPDATE: I've ordered 2 more because I LOVE THESE SO MUCH!!This will be a perfect spring/summer/vacation dress! I love the fit, it feels slimming, and the fabric is light, soft, and flowy. I'm 5'3" and 135 lbs and bought the Medium, but a Small may have fit also. It's a little longer on me than the model in the photo. The elastic sits on my natural waist and adds just the right about of shape to the dress. The pockets are a fun extra and don't add any extra weight or bulk to my shape. 🖒🖒

Unfortunately, this dress was not flattering on me at all, and I ended up returning it. The elastic waistband was uncomfortable and sat too high on my waist. I tried pulling the waistband down to my actual waist and wearing it without a belt, like how the model is wearing it, and that didn't look any better. I did like the pockets, though.I normally wear size 12-14 and purchased a large. I am 5'6" and weigh 145 pounds.

5'4" 160lbs. Bought size L.I could have went a size down and still been comfortable. It's a little longer on me than expected but will serve me well during my pregnancy and still be a decent length for a dress once I'm huge (which won't be to long). The material is comfort but a little thin, I had to wear a slip so my bra an undies didn't show through. Coming out of the package, it smelled terrible. Like old cigarettes. That was the worst thing about it in my opinion. Otherwise, a nice garment for the price.

I ordered a Large and am between a 10/12 for dresses (smaller on top, bigger on bottom) and this fits perfect on my 6' frame. Dress hits just at my knees - I can wear to work or out and about on the weekend. Coworker actually asked why I was dressed up the other day when I threw this on while running late to work.Post washing, size has retained true measurements, i haven't noticed any shrinkage and the fabric is even softer!
