I cannot give an accurate review of this item because I buy it for my sister's husband who is having some dementia issues and had lost a lot of weight. Weight wise he is doing much better, eating better and has put on some weight. This is about all I can say. Mushrooms are very healthy so I think they probably help to keep the brain issues at bay.

My husband has been using this Lions Mane Mushroom pills for about 2 years and swears it has helped him tremendously. He takes 1 pill a day. Hubster is 62 years old. Before he started taking them he would be like this: do you remember that person who was in that TV show you know who I'm talking about.
