Good product and better after sales service
The product is good. Also the after sale service given by Da Urban was very good. With out intervention of Amazon customer care the company extended their help in resolution of a small issue regarding free bolt and shipped the seat part directly. Also they informed that there is warranty of 6 months on product. They were regularly updating the status of shipment on WhatsApp and phone too. Satisfied with the product and there after sales support.Keep the good work going.

DONT BUY
IT GETS RUSTED SOON. IF YOU ARE BUYING TO USE IN OFFICE, ITS OK, BUT IF YOU ARE BUYING FOR KITCHEN, DINING OR BAR, THEN YOU MUST AVOID IT. THE BOTTOM PART GETS RUSTED IN 1 MONTH. NO RETURNS AFTER THAT.

Don't buy
"Very poor quality. The chair got damaged within 10 days of use and became unusable. I had to return it. Not worth buying—Amazon should not allow such low-quality products."
