Great manual mill at a reasonable price.
Great manual mill at a reasonable price for stone grinding wheels. I use is mainly to coarse grind hard red wheat for cream of wheat. Perfect every time. I milled 250g of hard red wheat for flour on the finest setting. The flour was perfect, but it took me about an hour on the finest setting and the stones get a bit warm, which warms up the flour in the container. Overall very happy with the mill. Solid brackets to fasten onto my countertop to make milling easier. The only downside is milling a larger amount at once. Likely not something it’s designed to do so not a negative for me.

A little effort, but really convenient!
I love this little grinder. Small enough to store easily, and capable of a nice, fine grind. It does take some effort to get your flour, but this is much more convenient than my old big grinder - very easy to do just the right amount for my immediate baking project. I like the added bonus that it is not electricity-dependent. Fairly quiet, enough so that I do my grinding while watching television. All in all, this is pretty much perfect for my needs. This would not work so well for someone wanting large quantities of flour!

are you sure?
i was looking for a way to grind up some wheat berries and this way one of the few options available. overall it works well once properly clamped down, but the handle began popping off after grinding the first couple cups of flour so i'm a little concerned about the product's long term viability. the time estimates provided assume you are working at a very strenuous intensity. in my experience, it took about 45 minutes to grind enough flour to bake a loaf of bread.

Great quality hand grinder!
The grinder is made of quality plastic. I used it to grind wheat and it produced a fine powder. The grinder uses two stones to grind which is much better than the metal grinders I have tried before. You can adjust the coarseness of the powder by turning the knob on the top. It took me about five minutes to make a cup of flour. It wasn’t hard to crank just a lot of cranking which is expected for a hand grinder.

Great flour mill. Remember to adjust the coarse setting
This is a solid built flour mill that gets the job done for me. By default the stones are very tight and will grind flour to the most fine setting. This will tire your arm out so make sure to adjust it to be more coarse. My only wish is that there were better markings to see how fine/coarse it is currently set to. Overall a solid device

Mills Wheat Well-Requires Quite A Bit of Strength
Milled white wheat flour as fine as store bought flour, but not for the faint of heart. A strong man can do the job without difficulty, but the average woman will have to put a lot of work into getting a cup of flour out of it.

keep the coarse high or is too though on your wrist
Great small home mill. I use it to prepare my own flour mixes and make breads and all natural pizza dough
