I had been doing a very loose keto diet for about a month with limited results before getting the strips. My first 2 tests didn't show anything so I assumed the strips were bad but after some more research founds I was eating wrong and after a couple minor tweaks to my diet the strips started to change colors within 24 hours. Great for making sure your keto diet is working.

They work well as long as you know when to use them. If you drink a lot of water through out the day then i recommended using one in the morning before your water consumption has time to dilute the test.

Unfortunately the use by date is useless. I had a bottle of these with an expiry of 2019 and for 2 weeks they read as no change in status despite me following a strict diet. I found a different brand of strips that were purchased around the same time with a similar expiry. Lo and behold they showed that I was in heavy ketosis. Would not recommend due to the lack of shelf life.

I was skeptical about this product but wanted to see if eating low carbs would allow my body to get to the Keto state. The first few test I took I saw no color change on the stick. After 8 days of following a low carb diet I took the test again and of course the color changes. See picture.
