Mince Pies Abound
These Mince Pie Tins (Pans) are superb. Nothing sticks and they are the perfect depth, so that you get a nice pastry case and enough filling. I made over 6 dozen Mince Pies for my friends and family. The are study and so easy to clean. The pastry is cooked on the bottom because of the holes in the tin. So no more soggy bottoms.... I have several Kitchencraft products and love them.

Great tart pan
Love this pan. Ordered a second one. Quality is A-1. Perfect size for tarts and British mince pies! Happy with my purchase and would recommend these pans.

Mince pies bake evenly & well; easy to remove. Shallow, though.
The little pie wells in this tray are very shallow, so even a tiny bit of mince meat can easily boil over. At the same time, though, my (vegan) mince pies baked very evenly in this tray, and they were super easy to remove. The tray is also very easy to clean.I wish the pie wells were just a little bit deeper. However, I am very pleased with this tray and recommend it.

Best little pie tin!
The bottoms are so nice and dry and crispy. I made mini pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving and they were amazing. I can’t wait to use this to make mincemeat pies later this week. The pies scoot right out and it’s so easy to clean. I was worried pastry would get stuck in the little holes on the bottom but it doesn’t. I’m in love.

Perfect tart pan
I’d been looking for this style of shallow-sided tart pan for a while, so glad to have found this one! The nonstick coating has been durable and the perforation make a wonderfully crispy crust.

super easy blind baking
I purchased one solid tart pan and this one with holes. My first crust hooked itself to the holes so don't press too hard. New use: Great for super easy blind baking. simply place crust on the solid pan (3 1/2 inch fluted cutter) lightly press into bottom of each tart and flatten edge of the top. Prick the bottom, and place this pan with holes on top of the pastry lined tart pan. Blind bake with pans stacked. Perfect. and extremely easy. worth every cent
