The chart next to the upper picture on the left (scroll over to find #'s) is not same as chart half way down page. Which is correct?

I feel like the upper picture is correct. I got a medium and my biceps are not huge but the bottom picture seems too small for a medium. Without stretch the bicep side of a medium is 10.5 inches. Looks like the graphic has been corrected as of this writing.

My elbow area is about 10.5-11" and the medium size if wonderful. Tight, yet comfortable and I can wear it under my work clothes without a problem of slipping down my arm and causing problems ….

Which sizing chart is correct? One at top shows L is 12-13, further down is another chart showing 10.5-11 for Large.

We went by the chart claiming Large is up to 13". The large we ordered seems just a little tight but overall fine, supportive.
