At first I didn’t notice much of a difference at all, but after taking it for 2 months now I can say this really does help a lot. I must’ve been deprived so it took a while to get my levels up. I feel so much better and I find this much more effective than standard B12 supplements. I recommend taking this in the morning as this does provide an energy boost, if I take it in the afternoon I can’t get to sleep until very late. Highly recommended!

I had blood tests showing I was on the low side of B12 and after a month or two of taking this product had bloods confirming that I’m now actually on the high side of B12.So this product obviously works and has good absorption which is a concern with some B12 supplements, mostly the oral ones but this is use sublingualy so absorbs much better.I opted for this one over the others because the dose gives you better control, if you go for one with a massive dose you have much less control over what your taking and you don’t wanna take too much as you’ll end up becoming depleted in the cofactors - which are the other B vits so it’s important to take those along with this too such as folate, B6 etcThe thing I noticed the most from taking this is much better dopamine “regulation”, previously if I did anything overly stimulating I would be crashed for the rest of the day with little interest in doing anything, I’m now able to do these things but remain regulated throughout the rest of the day. I think I was under methylated and now due to the assertion of B vits I’ve taken I’ve helped this.Definitely the best B12 supp on this site.

Arrive quickly. Nice bottle & information. It has no flavour which is good. However, there is no suction & it’s really hard to know how much you’re taking as it partly filled with air in the middle.

Only liquid B12 drops i found that doesn't have unnecessary flavours, sweeteners/sugars or preservatives. tastes like water and does the job.I bought as I had a random allergy to dairy and had to cut it out and due to the diet change I realised I was losing a lot of hair and found out b12 which is in dairy products, a lack of it, could cause hair loss. I've noticed a huge difference since taking this supplement, I'm no longer losing hair. I tried a few different brands before i found this one, as I mentioned many have a lot of ingredients which is not necessary, very happy i found this one, clean ingredients so you don't have to worry about creating other issues whist attempting to fix one.

I wish there could be a way of trying supplements before I buy. I took my time to source the products well but I'm sensitive and have had nasty side effects. It's expensive to find out when you pay for a bottle.I'm sure this product is excellent, but not for me. I also bought magnesium glycinate and I can't take either. I thought this would make me feel less tired. Instead, I had a very bad headache.

A highly bioavailable Vitamin B12 product that I can feel working the same day that I take it. I’ve been taking this for years now and I'm not exaggerating when I say feel a lot more uplifted and ready to take on any challenges. I’m less groggy, rarely have negative thoughts as much as I used to, don't need as much sleep, more talkative, skin looks more glowing. I have also noticed I'm less emotional when something negative happens in my life. I also give this to my parents who I've noticed seem to have gone through similar changes. The drop form is pricey compared to tablets but it's worth it as you do get a high dose per serving and it has no extra ingredients that are bad for health.

I’ve been suffering from fatigue for a few years and the B12 tablets the Dr gave me were useless. I’ve also had dry eyes for a couple of years and use a spray several times a day.I bought this product and have been using for nearly 2 months along with D3 & K2 and can honestly say that my energy levels are amazing (I’m 51 btw) I’ve also noticed in the last week or so that I’m hardly using anyspray for my dry eyes and my vision has greatly improved.I’d highly recommend this product. It’s not the cheapest on the market but damn it works!!
