Great book - poor colour quality
We love this book - only problem is that in places the book refers to something being "red" when it is clearly "pink"! Our grandson is learning his colours so this is genuinely confusing. There is lots of red ink on other pages - so it seems to be a printing error.

Lovely little book but not 8n best condition
The book is lovely but had to check in case bought a secondhand one but i hadn't. Edges slightly dirty and faĺls open on certain page as if over opened at some point. Not enough to send back unless giving as a gift.

Very entertaining
It's a really entertaining book, especially for animal lovers. Also you can tell the style of language is different from the usual Dr. Seuss books, but that's because this book isn't really written by Dr. Seuss. It was written by P.D. Eastman for Dr. Seuss books. Good for beginning readers as well. My son actually prefers this book over many of the other Dr. Seuss books written by Dr. Seuss himself.

A family "legend" which is colourful and enjoyable!
This book is a "legend" in our family! Our youngest daughter insisted on having it read to her constantly as sheliked it that much! It has now been purchased by her as a gift for her baby nephew in the hope that he will like it just as much and her brother can be re tortured! It is an enjoyable and colourful book!

My toddler and I love this book
My toddler and I love this book. She's almost 3 now, but I've been reading it to her since she was a baby. It covers so much grammatically as well as being entertaining with lovely pictures.

One of my sons favourites
Just ordered a replacement copy as we lost our first one somewhere. I've read this to my son since he was 12 months old and he loves it. Still a favourite at 2.5 years. Great to teach them lots of new words.

Three Stars
Not great illustrations but hope our latest grandson can manage the thickness of the pages
