As a vegetarian, I need to make sure I eat enough protein. In my case, most of that comes from plants. Protein powders are generally incredibly expensive and often limited to being taken once a day. As nut butters are high in protein but also high in calories, I was looking for this powder online. As the oil has been removed, it's obviously a lot 'drier' than normal peanut butter when you mix it with water. Here my summary: The pros: - High in protein = 9g of protein per 16g portion of powder, meaning it has a protein content of 57% - economical because you don't need much - low in fat The con: - not quite as flavourful as peanut butter (but that's done to the oil that's been removed and is the purpose of this product)
