Organic Parmesan Primal Thin Crackers, 8.4oz (238 G)

This is a very flavor full and great product if you are looking for a healthy (or at least not unhealthy) snack. They are very tasty and it is a full size cracker box not small as others have said. They are pricey buy at least the inside bag is full vs. national brands where the bag is 50% or more air. Mine came in an outer box and there was still some breakage but it’s ok they are still very decent size pieces. Some made a comment about expiration dates but both of mine are good for another 8 months May 2026.

These crackers are my favorite snack. I highly recommend them. The flavor and ingredients are amazing.

I bought these for their limited ingredients, low carbs, no sugar and low salt, potassium and protien. I really didn't expect much but am pleasantly surprised at how good they are. The parmesan is flavorful but not overpowering. The only downside for me is portion control. I'm on a very strict diet due to a serious health condition. It's difficult to determine what is the stated serving size as the crackers come in a bag and are broken into several, uneven pieces. It's not a problem if you don't have to adhere to a strict diet. I would eat half the box if I could.

They have a very strong flavor. I see some reviews saying they taste burnt. I wouldn’t go that far, but perhaps the seeds are toasted very dark. Also a bit too salty. The texture is nice and crunchy. Mild cheese on them improves the taste. If the flavor was milder, I think I’d buy them again. Although the price is a bit high, you get more than other keto snacks I’ve seen.

Let's start with the flavor. It has a nutty sesame flavor that reminds me of some of my favorite crackers back before keto. Texture is firm to a bit hard but not too hard to bite. Salt level is usually a problem with cheese based crackers and this one is very well balanced. I have eaten them by alone and with dips and they are more filling then regular crackers. They do vary in thickness and shape a little bit but that doesn't bother me in the least. Now the only thing hard to swallow is the cost but keto products are popular and at a premium today so I didn't deduct any stars for the price. I am going to try to make my own version but will probably buy more just out of convenience. With regard to packaging. Mine arrived in a box because I ordered them with some other items and the box for the crackers themselves had a small dent but the sealed back inside was inflated and crackers were in good shape. I have ordered food items that came crushed in the past and Amazon has always just refunded the item so I'd advise anyone who receives damaged item to just contact Amazon support.
