superior taste and value
you can use a teaspoon at full strength or dilute 1:1 with your favorite EVOO if the taste is too strong... Adds wonderful flavor to almost any dish, earthy, aromatic, just start with a little, as its flavor is intense and carries a long way in food. Use sparingly!, will flavor many dishes, will be months before you run out.. My favorite is Mac and Cheese with 1 tsp of this oil. Works wonders in casseroles and stews. I have tried other oils, and this is my favorite.

Product changed
I have been ordering this truffle oil for years, and last 2 purchases it's alot more diluted than it used to be. This used to be really strong truffle oil, but unfortunately, it's alot weaker now. Also notice, there are little to no truffle bits in the bottle.

Beware of Using Other Brands
If you religiously drink some of the best EVOO available at your local Whole Foods, then you know exactly that your Porcini Risotto is incomplete without this Nagrani White Truffle oil. Absolutely! True, pure extra virgin olive oil is no Truffle oil (it's like apples and oranges); regardless, don't even think about not adding Truffle oil to that homemade dish. So yeah, beware of using other brands, those chemical-tasting viscous liquid, BUT live and learn, I always say. Is "Nagrani Truffle Oil popcorn" going too far, however?
