Joint Support Supplement – Physician Formulated Blend of SAM-e, Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM for Joint Health and Pain (30 Servings)

Turned 60 in September. I lead an active lifestyle with a physical job. I try to eat right and supplement my diet to make up for deficiencies. A number of my peers have opted for knee and shoulder surgeries. I try to do my research and take action on my own health care needs. So far, the Forte’ Elements products have performed as claimed. They’re not cheap, but neither are doctor visits and surgeries.

These supplements made a difference for me. After about 2 weeks, I noticed my hands felt better and were not as stiff.Now, the reason for only 3 stars, the individual packs have a small notch so you easily tear them open. About half of mine do not tear open. Are you listening Forte'? You need to talk to your packager and tell them their machine is broken. It is not getting the notch cut into a lot of the packets. Fix this and I'll give you 5 stars.

I found out about this product because my daughter is a D1 athlete and it was given to her. I have had 7 knee surgeries on my left knee and 1 on my right. Within a few days of taking this, I felt a difference. I no longer have pain when walking down stairs. I am running, squatting, box jumps, and lunging again. I am a personal trainer and a competitor, so my body is my lively hood, and I need it in top shape. I was actually considering a partial knee replacement, but will be holding off. I highly recommend this product. Also I had to communicate with the seller, they were jam up and responded immediately. It’s worth the money!

I'm a carpenter and I've taken Glucosamine Supplements before for shoulder pain. Actually believe they helped me to avoid surgery. I've have taken the whole 30 days of this product and it seems to have helped but my should isn't 100% yet. Mostly resting the shoulder over the 30 days, I'm hoping physical therapy ( Google It ) takes me the rest of the way. It has also seemed to benefit my elbows, knees, ankles, hips and wrists. Only disappointment was no expiration date on the packaging. Some color bleeding in the envelopes may be due to time on the shelf making they less effective.

For this price there is absolutely NO reason that they would need to cut costs and use SYNTHETIC vitamin B12 when they've known (from MANY studies) that the natural form (*Methylcobalamin) works way, WAY better!Then there is the magnesium oxide issue as well etc... I gave it 2 stars as I am being generous, but the only reason I can see why they would cheap out like this is just to increase their profit margin... This is an emphatic NO for this supplement, Save your $$ there are so many better formulas that are cheaper with better quality ingredients than this one!
