don't know . make sure the valves are clocked to the correct position tho. when installed my valves are at a 90 degree position but on the new one they're about 45 degrees so they were pointing towards the ground

Your question assumes that if the tank is "grounded" to the chassis of the RV, then static energy can be dissipated to the RV. This is moot. If a filler sees a need to ground the tank while filling, the ground needs to be external from the RV and have a path to earth-ground. An RV is not inherently grounded due to the insulated tires unless it is electrically plugged into a pedestal via a shoreline.

For the 12"x32" tank, the bolts are 6 inches from either end with 20 inches between. The height is 13" including the brackets. The depth is 15" including the valves. The width is the true 32".
