Yes, it's strong. Strong enough to work!
I love this product! It packs a punch strong enough to block unpleasant smells around me at work, clear my sinuses, and "ground me" if you're into those things! I'm not so impressed with the nearly doubling of the price since August of 2025, though! OUCH.

A little pricy but VERY good gum...
I like this gum a lot. VERY powerful but I took off one star because it doesn't last that long. The first 5-7 mins is exactly as advertised. You feel this mint all the way up your nose and in your sinuses. After that, its rather bland. If you are looking for an initial blast, this is it!

Strong minty gum
These are so strong- my kid gets tired of people always asking for her gum - so every once in a while she needs to bring the smack down - these make those kids cry- well these make their eyes water and they re think their life’s decisions anyway ha ha

These were a big disappointment. I read the reviews, watched the videos, and was expecting that great big jolt of minty flavor! Instead you get a small piece of very hard to chew gum. It’s like “toothpaste” strong for a bit, and then turns sweet (which was a nice surprise). We can only chew it for a little while before everyone asked to spit it out. Grenades Gum missed the mark! Update (2/10/23). This gum has grown on me. I like the strong minty jolt it gives the nostrils, and then it turns into a soft chewing gum with a pleasantly sweet taste. My breathe feels fresh for a long time afterwards. New stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
