ONLY #100 pages printed ~ Lexmark would not replace ~ WHAT A SCAM!!!
This cartridge only printed 3 weeks worth of work, approximately #100 pages. It markets #3000 pages. When I contacted Lexmark they wanted to connect me to their sales department to purchase a replacement, NOT replace the faulty item. WHAT A SCAM!!! When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative refused to connect me to anyone else. He said if I wanted to talk to a supervisor I needed to call back. I chose to purchase Lexmark to ensure I had quality.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!! So very disappointed.

Good toner
Toner works great but definitely feels light. Not cheap but when is toner cheap? I like the return program and makes me feel a little better about trash so I try not to think about the fuel burned to ship it back and forth.

Rated prints not even close
Not sure how they figure the print life from, maybe 1 dot per page? We don't get anywhere near the rated prints for these toners. Prints look good, but maybe get half the life out of what is stated.
