Advanced Oncology Nursing Certification Review and Resource Manual

I found there was a lot of content on the exam that was not in this book. I studied this book along with chemotherapy and biotherapies and did well on the exam but I feel if this book matched the exam more closely the exam would have been much easier. I would purchase it again but would not recommend using it as your only guide.

OK but somewhat of an outline without the details that I was hoping for.

I am new to the oncology world this book was recommended by a certified oncology in NP. It has been invaluable to my practice and I find myself using it daily.
