Here’s what my install looks like. I have some technical training but not much, pretty much a regular guy. To be completely honest, the whole deal took me maybe 15 hours, and I added maybe another 40 bucks in materials. I made some mistakes that really added on the time and money. It’s also possible to find install notes online for this unit, although the instructions can be vague. The manufacturer will not be much of a help installing this, in their view regular people should not try to install one of their units and they will really not help you. They want you to pay for an installer.

Works great in my 2003 ford ranger every thing is in this kit that you need to work very satisfied.

The installation was a pain and the instructions are very limited. But after some youtube videos and a wiring diagram for my vehicle I was able to install this in 5 hours. The included installing a trunk release solenoid. Works great.

the starter kill is for alarms mostn new car and trucks will not let you over crank and for other people most cars and trucks after 1998 need an by pass witch is not included do to the fact there are too many dif systems in fact if your lookin for just remote start a lot of newer cars can use mdball as a stand alone start if you know what your doing
