I am very happy with this purchase. I bought a replacement charger for my monitor, as the original charger stopped working a little over a year after having purchased the monitor. The replacement fit correctly and worked to charge my summer infant monitor. After about 3 months, it stopped working. I emailed the seller and they quickly responded saying they would send me a new one free of charge. I am very satisfied with their customer service and willingness to send a replacement!

I purchased this May 13th, 2019 and the charger has stopped working. It worked until just outside the return window and then just stopped working. Our monitor stays in one spot in our living room. I purchase many things from Amazon and this is the only one I really wanted to take the time to review because the charger just dies. Please put your $20 towards a new baby monitor system.

Okay cord

This monitor works ok as long as you have it plugged into the wall. It’s older so I didn’t have high expectations.

We bought this power cord/charger to replace our original. While our original lasted 2.5 years, this charger started becoming spotty after only 3 months and now at 4 months no longer works. Very disappointed

This plug was falsely advertised. It arrived and was obviously not manufactured by or for Summer Infant. I wasn't happy about that as I paid 20$ instead $10 thinking that I had bought a quality (branded) product. But I kept it in desperation after days with no baby monitor. I wish I had sent it back right away. In 3 short months, the plug has failed. The original plug I had lasted 4 years. If this was a brick and mortar retailer, I'd walk in and get my money back no problem. Instead, all I can do is write this one star review and hope someone else doesn't waste their money on this!

Cord stopped charging within a month, even though it was only subject to very light use. Save your money!! Also, be careful as all of the positive reviews for this product are actually for a book and not the cord. So don’t be fooled by the nearly 5-star rating, the product itself is 1-star quality!
