Chewy with high protein value.
This is nice and chewy, and has a significantly higher protein value. I like the spiciness of it, and the thin form factor of each slice.

Please Note: This review is not directed to the seller, but rather to the manufacturer. THIS PRODUC IS VILE! As a South African that grew up eating Biltong all my life and have even made my own, I find that the fact this company is making a ton of money from this product and calling it "Biltong" is actually insulting!! They would not be able to get away with such a low grade quality product such as this. I don't event know what it is... It's more Jerky than Biltong. It's shiny, it's oily, its smells like.... Horrible! I would be shamed to serve it to my friends as snacks the way it is so bad! Jack Links - You should be ashamed!
