Amazing book. Use this in combination with Project Management Software and it will help you write any hospital education project. Very logical, incorporates the business reason behind what we are doing. I have read it multiple times and I have encouraged my entire team to adopt this theory into their training development.

Excellent book!

I tried to download the book to my kindle and something went wrong and the connection was interrupted. The price of the book was 26.89.When I received my credit card bill, I was Initially was charged 4x for the book and my credit card company advocated on my behalf to remove two of the charges. I still have two charges of 26.89 on my credit card for 1 download of this book. I do not recommend this vendor because of billing problems. I do not recommend Amazon.com because of unwillingness to assist.
