Product description Review: Low volume reusable water filter with 3 filter sizes and drain valve - Brass water filter with clear plastic screen holder for visible inspection. 40, 100, and 200 micron screens. Comes with teflon tape, drain tube, orings, washers, and a mounting bracket and wrench. The mesh screens are stainless steel, which is a must. First time I have used an in-home filter like this, but the outdoor irrigation filters I use are significantly more robust and well made. They are larger and thicker, and significantly more heavy duty. I worry about the quality control of this unit. See the scratches on the brass threads in the photos. I also worry about the volume this can handle and time between mesh screen cleanings since this is a pretty small unit. I do give them credit for providing the drain hose since this will be installed inside the wall. Not getting a bucket under the drain valve.
